Creator Partnerships Manager
Own creator sourcing, vetting, briefing, and relationship management end-to-end. You are the bridge between our brand clients and creator network.
2+ years in influencer marketing or talent management
Strong understanding of performance metrics beyond reach and followers
Experience with Modash, Phyllo, or similar creator tools
AI Growth Analyst
Design, build, and maintain AI-powered outreach and content workflows for brand clients. You know your way around ChatGPT, Claude, Make.com, and Zapier.
1+ years working with AI tools professionally or in self-directed projects
Hands-on with automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com, n8n)
Strong analytical skills — you can diagnose what campaigns are doing
Performance Marketing & SEO Strategist
Own AI search visibility strategy for clients — building content plans, citation strategies, and entity optimisation programs. You know how LLMs surface brand recommendations.
2+ years in SEO, content strategy, or digital marketing
Strong interest in AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google SGE)
Bonus: experience with structured data, schema markup, or entity SEO
Content Writer & Brand Strategist
Produce high-quality long-form content, case studies, and brand narratives for PansyPurple and our clients. Write for founders, not algorithms.
Strong long-form writing portfolio — blog posts, case studies, strategic narratives
Understanding of D2C or SaaS marketing landscape in India
Comfort with contrarian, direct, founder-first tone
